Disposable surgical masks type I
RTKZ-001 surgical masks protect the wearer and people around the wearer acting as an impenetrable barrier to liquid droplets (aerosol), present in the inhaled air. Being made with breathable fabrics, these masks are still permeable to air. For this reason, they prevent glasses from fogging.
Their bacterial filtration efficiency during exhalation is equal to 95%.

Technical information
The bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of RTKZ-001 disposable face masks is 95%.
The masks have a size of 17.5x9.5 cm and are certified according to EN 14683 Type I and CE certified.
The composition of the mask
RTKZ-001 disposable surgical masks are made using three layers of fabric and are provided with elastic bands for ears.
In particular:
- The first layer, the most external, is made of tri-laminated, high-coverage Polypropylene Spunbond Meltblown Spunbond non-woven fabric, which filters out the larger particles;
- The second layer is a filter made of Meltblown, a non-woven fabric made of melted and blown polymer, which blocks fine dust (PM 2.5);
- The third layer, in contact with the face, is a tri-laminated, high-coverage Polypropylene Spunbond Meltblown Spunbond nonwoven fabric.
The elastic is made of polypropylene and spandex.
How to wear it?
It is very important, before using the mask, to wash your hands well, or rub them with alcohol solution hand disinfectant gel.
To put it on, take it from the elastic bands and wear it to your ears, avoiding touching the inside of the mask. Accompany the fabric so that it covers the nose and mouth well, bringing the lower edge under the chin.
Tighten the flexible part of the upper edge of the mask so that it adheres well to the nose.
These masks are disposable and should be replaced once used.
To remove it, grab it again from the elastic bands, taking care not to touch the inside of the surgical mask.
Once thrown in the mixed waste, it is important to wash your hands again.
Minimum of order
RTKZ-001 surgical masks are in packages of 50 pieces.
The minimum order quantity required is 1000 pieces. For superior orders, boxes with multiples of 2000 pieces.
