The mask composition

KN95 disposable masks are made of four composite TNT layers, humidity resistant, non-toxic and non-irritant.

In particular:

• the outermost layer filters the biggest particles and it is made of Polypropylene nonwoven fabric
• the second layer is made with TNT using the melt-blown technique, that filters fine dust (PM 2.5)
• the third layer blocks bacteria and is made of a filtering fabric according to the N95 standard;
• the fourth layer, in contact with the face, is made with electrostatic TNT and is delicate on the skin that helps filtering fine dust

The facial mask’s layers allow a comfortable use of the device for the length of a whole work shift.

On the nasal bridge there is an aluminium alloy strip that allows the mask to adhere to the face correctly.

The soft elastic bands are welded to the mask using ultrasonic technology.

How do I wear it?

It is very important, before using the mask, wash your hands well, or rub them with alcohol solution hand sanitizer gel.

To use it, simply open it by pulling it from the elastic bands and place the chin on the inside of the mask.
