Washable BS860 fabric masks
Our washable BS860 fabric masks for personal use are ergonomic, hypoallergenic and, since they are reusable and washable, also eco-friendly.

Technical Information
These washable face masks are neither a Medical Device, nor a PPE. These masks' only purpose is to limit the spread of the virus in the surrounding environment.
These masks, once folded, measure 13,5 cm in hight and 10,5 cm in length. These masks are reusable and must be washed at 60°C, ironed at a maximum of 150°C. Drying is possible in the drying machine setting low temperatures. Oxygen bleach in laundry is possible (for example, using detergent for wash-resistant clothes), but not chlorine bleach.
Washable BS860 masks are sanitized at 180°C and packed singularly.
Washable masks, other than being eco-friendly and green, are the perfect marketing tool. They can be customized with your company's logo. Customization techniques available to choose are heat transfer printing, digital patches application or Vinyl cut lettering.
The mask composition
The washable BS860 masks are made using a double layer of elastic jersey (95%), cotton (5%) elastan, 180gr/mq. The inner adehesive fabric is 100% polyester, polyamide Mesh 23, 55gr.
How to wear it?
It is very important, before using the mask, to wash your hands well, or to cleanse them with alcohol solution hand sanitizer gel.
To use it, simply open it by pulling it from the elastic bands and place the chin on the inside of the mask. Once placed the elastic bands around the ears, it is important to make sure it adheres well to the face by pressing the metal strip on the nose.
These masks are disposable, so they should be replaced after each use.
To remove it, grab the elastic bands again, taking care not to touch the inside part of the mask.
Once thrown into the mixed waste, it is important to wash your hands again.
