Code of conduct when traveling
If I travel by plane or train do I have to wear a face mask?
Yes, both by plane and train it is mandatory using the mask during the trip. For extra precaution, on the train is allowed to sit alternately, i.e. leaving an empty seat next to each seat occupied. This is to respect the rule of social distancing and to limit the spread of contagion. In the airplane, on the other hand, it is not necessary to keep the distances, so all seats can be used. The air filtration system of the aircrafts reduces the possibility of virus spread, putting the passengers at less risk, even if they are seated close to each other.
If I move by bus what precautions should I take?
In the bus is always mandatory to wear the mask. Instead, it is recommended to sanitize your hands often without touching your face and mask. It is preferable not to consume food or drink during the trip because it would be necessary to remove the mask. Also on the bus, as on the train, it is required to travel occupying the seats alternately, i.e. leaving the seat next to the occupied one free. On buses of private companies, before departure, the temperature is measured, which must be lower than 37.5°; on city buses this precaution is not taken.
