MF 001 washable face masks

MF 001 washable face masks are a Type 1 Medical Device Made in Italy. They are ergonomic and elastic, designd to protect  people against infections and to limit the transmission of infectious agents. They are a barrier against liquid aerosols contained in the exhaled air. Thanks to the material they are made of, they are breathable, avoiding this way glasses fogging.

Technical information

MF 001 washable face masks are a Type 1 Medical Device.

It is not cytotoxic, thus it does not potentially cause itchiness. It is in compliance with the ISO 10993-5:2009 standard.

Moreover this device is EN 14683, Dir. 93/42/CEE certified. Based on such standard, face masks for medical use must be made considering that, during surgical procedures or similar activities, the transmission of infectious agents from doctor to patient must be avoided.

The Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) is 95%.

Foldable masks measure 17,5x19cm, including earloops. They are a product Made in Italy. 

The MF001 facial mask's peculiarity is to be customizable with the company's logo or with the employer's name, making it a perfect marketing tool. Among customization techniques to choose there are heat transfer printing, digital patches or vinyl cut lettering.

The face mask composition

Washable MF 001 face masks are made using three layers of delicate fabric for the skin. They are filtering and breathable. The earloop is designed to be put behind the ears.

In particular, the first layer, the one in contact with the skin, is made of 100% biological cotton GOTS certified. The other two layers are made in antibacterial Polypropylene composed of 48% Polyamide, 46% Polypropylene and 6% Lycra.

How to wear it?

It is very important, before using the mask, to wash well your hands, or to sanitize them with the hand sanitizer gel composed of an alcohol solution. 

To wear it, grab it from the earloops and bring them behind your ears, avoiding to touch the inside part of the mask. Make the fabric fit your face so that mouth and nose are well covered, bringing the face mask's lower part under your chin.

To take it off , grab it again from the earloops paying attention to not touch the mask's inner part.

Once taken off, it is important to wash your hands again.
